World's First White Castle Hamberger Restaurant
In 1921, Walter Anderson opened the first White Castle hamburger restaurant in Wichita, Kansas, the first national hamburger chain.
Now more than 80 years old, the chain includes more than 380 restaurants and serves 500 million hamburgers a year.
